I work hard to ensure I provide the best Service possible to each and every one of my clients, to ensure your experience is positive I kindly ask that you make yourselves aware of my policies 2023
1-1 APPOINTMENTS ONLY
Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate guests of clients or children at appointments not only am I only insured for the client having the service but my hair studio is not big enough for extra people, with my equipment and electricals, sharp and hot objects is is not a suitable environment for children.

CONSULTATIONS
Consultation meetings are a necessary service prior to your hair is fitting in order to carry out an assessment of your hair & scalp health, and application of test strands of needed, a calculation of weight needed tailored to clients natural hair thickness, recommended methods mostly suitable for clients natural hair, advice on aftercare. A completion of a consultation form, assessing the most suitable method based on your individual requirements. You are under no obligation to book a fitting as your consultation is a payable separate service. A £10 non refundable booking fee is required for a 1hr consultation service and is payable at time of booking by email invoice or bank transfer in order to confirm your appointment and requires 48 hours cancellation or reschedule notice. The Consultation booking fee will be deducted from your fitting cost.
BOOKING FEE
All appointments requiia booking fee, cost of which will be available on the service you require on my booking system. This booking fee is due at the time of booking, untill booking fee is received the slot will remain open to other clients. Only once booking fee is received will your appointment request be confirmed.

BOOKING/BOOKING SYSTEM
To book an appointment I have a booking system that I use to keep a log of Appointments, clients, available slots etc.. You can find the booking button on all of my social media and my website. Regular clients can self book, new clients must make contact before using the self booking option. All bookings are confirmed via text & email so sometimes you may need to check your junk folder. Due to insufficient time I can no longer book clients in manually.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments, in order to allow adequate time to refill the appointment. Last minute cancellations & no shows cost small business large losses each year. This policy is in place to protect my self employed income. *Appointment cancellations any later than 48hrs will be required to pay 50% of their cancelled appointment cost to reschedule their next appointment. CLIENT NO SHOWS All clients who fail to turn up to their scheduled appointments with no contact will be required to pay 50% of their missed appointment and 50% of the next appointment cost up front in order to request any further Appointments.

REFIT APPOINTMENTS/OVERDUE REFIT POLICY
If a client is absent from regular Appointments for more than 12 weeks I reserve the right to remove them from my books. I have a lot of regular clients who follow my recommended aftercare/maintenance guidelines including regular maintenance Appointments every 8/10 weeks for individuals and 8/10 weeks for weaves & tapes. I can not accommodate clients who continuously come and go or regularly overrun their Maintenance dates. It's unfair if a another client who chooses to not follow these guidelines is offered the same services and available appointments as unfollowed aftercare and overdue maintenance will undoubtedly take extra appointment time reducing slots for those clients who follow all guidelines religiously. It is also unfair to myself to have extra workload caused by clients not following my Maintenance guidelines.

COLOURING HAIR AFTER CONSULTATION & COLOUR MATCH PRIOR TO FITTING
If you have altered your hair colour after a colour match has been performed you are required to return within adequate time of your fitting appointment to allow any necessary amendments to your hair order. If hair has been ordered to your previous colour match you will be liable for additional costs incurred such as postal charges in returning and delivery of new hair and cancellation fees if less than cancellation notice period ahead of your appointment. We hold no responsibility for hair being out of stock for amended order.

PLACING HAIR ORDERS
I place an individual order to purchase hair from my suppliers which is personally tailored to your individual requirements. Payment for the hair is always taken prior to ordering and must be paid for 5 days before fitting. My suppliers have differing returns policies. If you change your mind we may be able to return the hair for a refund if it meets their return policy. Costs incurred for returning goods will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are made via the method you paid and are not issued until the refund has been received from the supplier. This must also be in line with my cancellation policy.

AFTERCARE
I have strict aftercare guidelines which are explained at your fitting, provided in an aftercare message via social media/email/website and should be followed thoroughly to prolong the quality of your hair and avoid any damage to your natural hair. I accept no liability for any damage that occurs by failure to follow them.

AFTERCARE PRODUCTS
I sell a range of products specifically designed for hair extensions which are sulphate and paraben free these are available from my home hair studio. All products must be used as per my recommendations and in conjunction with our aftercare guidelines. I accept no liability for problems arising with the hair, beads or fitting if you have failed to use the aftercare advice given.

7 DAY FREE TWEAK
Clients are welcome to return for a 7 day FREE tweak if they would like more strands added, bonds moved, extra trimming or hair check. Any problems should be reported to me as soon as any issues are noticed, to give me chance to resolve and contact suppliers at the first instance if there were to be a problem with the hair. If a problem arises with the hair that can not be resolved by myself then the hair can be returned to the supplier for testing. All hair would need to be returned so the supplier can check each batch, it is at the suppliers discretion as to whether they offer an exchange or refund if s fault is found as many factors can contribute to faults. *I can not be held responsible for any hair faults. If you find a problem with the fitting I will invite you in for a free check up and offer a resolution and rectify. If Client is still not happy I will offer a free removal only.

COLOURING YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS
Colouring your hair extensions is done at your own risk. No liability is accepted for deterioration of the hair, bonds / attachments or damage to your natural hair, even if service is performed by a professional. Colouring your hair extensions voids all manufactures guarantees once the product has been altered. This includes purple/silver shampoo toners etc.

ADVERSE REACTION
In the rare event you experience an allergic reaction you must contact me asap so I can advise accordingly. Possible causes of allergic reactions will be discussed at the Consultation meeting so clients are made aware of they already know of an allergy to either metals or adhesives. An allergic reaction will happen very quickly after fitting, it should not develop through the of wear of your hair extensions.
*Metal beads/copper locks are used in most hair extensions services
*Ghostweft contains latex.

REGULAR MAINTENANCE AND REFIT APPOINTMENTS
It is vitally important that you attend regular maintenance Appointments in the recommended timeframe. This is specifically recommended to prevent damage occurring to your natural hair. I accept no liability for damage arising if worn longer than recommended time. Clients are recommended to pre book their Maintenance Appointments at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid becoming overdue. There will be an extra charge of £10 per week overdue on maintenance appointments due to the extra time needed to brush through matting, Product build up and natural hair shedding.

SERVICES BY OTHER SALONS, STYLISTS OR EXTENSIONISTS
If your extensions are altered by cutting, topped up, adjusted, removed, refitted or coloured by other salons / stylists / extensionist friends or yourself, you will automatically be removed from my client list. I am not covered by my insurance to carry out any services on other stylist/peoples work.

REMOVALS
Removals are an extremely delicate service for some clients hair and it is at this stage that gives us Professionals the chance to keep an eye on the clients natural hair to ensure no damage in occurring during the wear of your hair extensions from refit to removal. If your extensions are removed elsewhere your extensionist will not have this prior knowledge and experience of your hair. Removals are a professional service and pose risk to the natural hair if not performed correctly. Your hair extensions removal needs to be performed by s professional hair extensionist to avoid any damage. Hair extensions should not be self removed. In the event that clients choose to have their hair extensions removed by other salons / other extensionist or third parties I will not be able to offer any further Appointments. Removals are a chargeable service. I will make you aware of the costs at your consultation meeting. Please make yourself aware of all costs/prices prior to your appointment. Prices are available on my social media pages, website or can be sent via message.
LATENESS
Please arrive for your appointment on time, I may have other clients booked in so need to work to a tight schedule. Clients any later than 20mins will have to reschedule their appointment as this time will conflict with other clients appointments and that won't be fair.
PAYMENTS
ALL payments are to be made before you leave your appointment! I accept bank transfer, card (I have a card machine) or cash.
Any client who has an outstanding payment will not be booked in for further appointments until payment is received.
